Capoeira is a unique blend of martial arts, dance, music, and gravity-defying acrobatics. You don’t have to possess a martial arts, gymnastics or a dance background to play capoeira.
Training emphasizes cardio conditioning and strength training, with an alternating focus on fighting techniques, flexibility, agility, music instruction, floreos (acrobatic flips and tricks) and body movement.
